New Friend
I received an email from a young man studying for the priesthood in Uganda! He happened upon my website while doing research on the effects church music has on easing evangelization. He has never heard my music and didn't have speakers on his computer so I am sending him a CD. Maybe if he likes it, I'll print what he says. And if he doesn't... well, I might not mention him again! Just kidding.

New Songs
I'm putting the finishing touches on a demo of new songs. The songs are more in my natural style of singing. Similar to "People Get Ready"... my Peggy Lee sound.

New Job
I have started cantoring at my church. A cantor is the person who announces, teaches/leads all the song at Mass every week. I have renewed respect for those wonderful people who do this. The first week our music director told me I was too quiet. The next week I was too loud. The next week I didn't make the announcements quickly enough. I figure just the fact that the complaint is changing every week is a sign that I'm teachable! ha It is such an honor to be able to do it though. Thanks be to God for our church, our talented music director and for the ability to sing.
